"Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. "

The terrace and pool area are beautiful, and the gym and sauna facilities are a great added bonus. I truly enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Santo Domingo every time I travel to the Dominican Republic, especially when I’m there with the people I love. It always feels like a reliable and enjoyable experience."

"Slow internet Gym is not on site, it is a free entry to a gym a few mjnutes walk away. That gym was close on one day of my stay and limited hours on the others. "

Definitely pay extra for access to the lounge (comes with breakfast and dinner)— it was well worth it. Great amenities, especially the pool and gym. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the capital. "
