La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Cambian las sábanas1vez cada7días. Cada2días reponen toallas limpias y papel higiénico. El personal es muy amable. Punto positivo es que tienen un bus para bajar/subir a la playa ya que el acceso es difícil (escaleras de 150escalones). Lo malo es que solo es hasta las 15h. Las vistas merecen mucho la pena. El olor del baño es muy desagradable y cuando cocinan los vecinos huele todo el apartamento. En general, es buena opción en relación servicios que ofrece vs precio.

Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well.

so here’s the 411. this is an excellent budget-friendly option if you want to experience the beach in mallorca. It is about 30 mins from the airport/palma, so if you want to explore that I wouldn’t suggest this location. I will also say that a taxi to and from the airport is about $60… welcome to island prices. This hotel/apartment is mainly for experiencing the local area which is the main beach and shops/resturants. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes… but like be prepared for the calf workout of your life. basically the property is at the very top of the hill and to get back up you need stamina. about 200 steps at least, plus the boardwalk to the beach. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops below, and all reasonably priced. This is definitely not for family’s with kids and not ADA accessible to the beach. There are shuttles offered by the hotel but only to take you down to the beach not up. So you have to walk up or get a taxi. But everyone walked from what I saw. Also we learned that this area on the Island consists of mainly Irish, Scottish, and English tourists. This was evident in the cuisine that was offered at the restaurants (ex english breakfast) and the music in the clubs at night. I loved the property and the staff was wonderful. But be prepared to walk and climb! Oh and there was also like a courtesy room we got to use after checkout since we wanted to stay a bit longer to swim before our flight. we kept our luggage there and even showered!

The property is clean, with all the necessary amenities, the pool is well-maintained, and the reception is always available, beds are a little hard, some kitchen tiles are chipped. Für Familien mit Kindern absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Betten ungenügend. Zimmer extrem abgewohnt. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Viele Jugendliche in Gruppen. Ab 2:00 Uhr wird es ruhiger und sein paar Stunden Schlaf kann gefunden werden - bis die Party endet.. Drogenrauch liegt überall in der Luft. Strand ist 250 Stufen (gefährlicher Zustand, steil) zu laufen. Ältere Personen sowie Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität / Kinderwagen, müssen einen weiten Umweg in Kauf nehmen. Nie wieder werden wir diese Unterkunft buchen.

Schöne Gegend, guter Pool mit Pool Aufsicht. Nette Rezeption 24h. Großes Appartment. Aber die Treppen sind echt zu viele um hoch und runter zum Strand zu gehen. Das Schlafzimmer ist immer warm, da dort keine Klima Anlage. Auf dem Balkon fehlt es an Überdachung/Schirm. Sauber wird nicht wirklich gemacht, nur jeden zweiten Tag Handtücher gewechselt und Müll entsorgt.

Til pengene - et fint sted. Fin wifi. For langt fra byen og 243 trappetrin op hver gang eller en lang stejl vej. For få taxaer i byen. Ingen rengøring hele ugen men nye håndklæder. Sød og hjælpsom reception. Fin pool men lidt beskidt og ikke velholdt. Fin bar med udvalg af mad og drikke. Flot udsigt til vandet fra en stor og dejlig terrasse.

Die Matratzen waren für uns sehr hart. Leider ist der Shuttelbus zum Strand die ganzen 10 Tage wo wir da waren "defekt" und ohne Shuttelbus ist es garnicht zum Empfehlen mit Kleinkinder oder Kinderwagen, zuviele Treppen zum Strand.
