Superb Hotel

A lovely friendly, hospitable hotel. All facilities were exceptional and the breakfast offering great. Ideally located 4 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars. This hotel certainly ticks all of the boxes.

Great stay in Santa Ponsa

Great location- easily walkable for main resort and beach. Good size swimming pool. Rooms clean and a good size. Breakfast had a good selection and all very good quality.

Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.

We absolutely loved staying here, it is 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious rooms, beds made everyday and balconys are great size. Pool was great with lots of beds available. Food was delicious, different each day and plenty of choice for everyone. Staff are really friendly and welcoming too. Local buses are really easy to navigate to Palma and magaluf. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend ☺️

This is a wonderful hotel, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to the beach which is beautiful. It has a lot and I mean a lot of eating options. Also it has many markets for anything you need. The hotel itself is great! The breakfast and dinner buffet are also good. The grounds were super clean and the staff was super friendly and helped with anything needed. The room was perfect and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back as well.

Hotel was lovely not sure why you dont get a fridge or kettle in the room and the safes are located near the hotel reception maybe putting them in the room would be better

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super ist auch, wenn man am späten Nachmittag zurückfliegt, noch die Möglichkeit hat ohne extra Kosten im Hotel zu duschen. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, sowie auch Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Ble møtt av hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Rask innsjekking. Hyggelig og romslig rom med sjøutsikt. Stort fint bad. God frokost med godt utvalg. Renholdet var topp. Litt harde senger. Litt skuffet over at vi ikke fikk beholde rommet 2 timer lenger, til vi skulle reise til flyplassen. Ellers et flott opphold.

On souhaiterait remercier le personnel, très gentil, serviable et agréable. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est propre, chambres faite tous les jours, la piscine également. Très honnêtement on reviendra, hôtel très familial mais aussi pour nous qui sommes jeunes et pas fêtard. Nous avons pris formule demi-pension, le petit déjeuner excellent mais le repas n'étais pas qualitatif, on mange bien aussi en Bretagne!
