Great location to access the beach (5mins walk) Easy to catch buses out to Palma or neighbouring little towns. Good choice of food at buffet Helpful staff other than the fact everyone thought we were German (we are British!)

Der Urlaub im April '24 war rundum schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima. Und trotzdem ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war gut und es gab genug Auswahl. Es war alles schön sauber. Der Strand ist nah und schön. Es gibt nur wenig kleinereKinder. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß und nicht füe kleine Kinder ausgelegt.

3 Sterne waren eigentlich zu wenig, ich hätte einen mehr gegeben. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, leere Teller wurden beim Essen sofort abgeräumt, das Essen selber war gut und reichlich, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr gut die Premium Doppelzimmer mit riesiger Terrasse Wir fahren bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel.

Servicequalität

In allen Bereichen sehr freundliches Personal. Nur der Animateur ist noch verbesserungsfähig-durch sein Verhalten und seine Kleidung. Auch die Klangtechnik ließ zu "Wünschen" übrig. Die Darsteller der Show`s wurden mit viel Beifall belohnt.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean, neat and tidy. The rooms were quiet and we slept very well in comfortable beds. The pool area is attractive and well maintained and there were plenty of chairs and sun beds when we wanted to use the area. Staff were friendly and helpful; we really appreciated the excellent service we received from everyone. The food was fine but not outstanding. Breakfasts were good with quite a lot of choice. Dinners were fine. There was always a good choice of salads and vegetables but limited choice of meat and fish. We thought the wine selection was good and not too expensive.
