"The property is nice. Rooms are big and comfortable, good air con. Nice pools. I do have to point out however that it was obvious that the staff were new and no very professional. Reception was not clear on our arrival. Waiters and waitresses were constantly bickering. We speak Spanish so could understand. This should not be happening at a hotel and certainly not in a 4*. Our room was dusty when we entered. It had obviously been cleaned maybe a few weeks previous but by the time we arrived dust...
