"Reception staff were the brilliant so helpful and friendly always went the extra mile for every request we had. Entertainment was excellent and on throughout our stay 8 days don't know were they get the energy from kids loved it big credit with all staff to hotel Big bonus if you have kids is the astro turf the safest hotel I have stayed in for kids falling all others in Santa ponsa have large steps an uneven steps. "The location was nice, the hotel could use some updates. Our fridge wasn't working and the A/C smelled moldy. They had decent food and very good entertainment program. Unfortunately loud music on till midnight so it was loud. "
