"Absolutely loved our stay at AXYHotel!! It was perfect, from the start and throughout the staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the extra amenities like comfy slippers and drinks and snacks were so appreciated. The only extra that would have elevated our stay even more would have been a bathrobe in the room but I’m very sure if we asked for that they would have provided one. Everything that could have been thought of for a great guest experience was, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to visit again!"

"We had a great 1 night stay at Hotel Berna. Our room was ready early, the desk attendant gave us a great lunch recommendation (Mama Rosa), the bed was comfortable, a/c strong, exceptional water pressure in the shower (best we had in Italy) and the breakfast is everything they say and more. 5 stars. You can’t beat the location if looking for something close to the train station. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This was a great 4 night stay. Room was good, the pool was great ( note it’s about waist depth), the roof top bar was nice and laundry we requested to be done was returned later the same day . The breakfast was really good but every day was consistently understaffed . The staff were working extremely hard and efficiently but every day we had to wait for clean plates ( some of which weren’t clean) , glasses for juice , cups for coffee, buns, bread etc which was very frustrating . Although they were trying to check room numbers on entry and collect payment if needed they were so busy and so many people were coming in they walked straight in so who knows if they should have paid or not . Again the staff were fantastic but more staff need to be there . ( and we weren’t there at the peak times noted in the elevators )"
