"Room was clean as well as the entire hotel as well as the pool. Had a broken shower head from the previous tenant but contacted the owner and they showed up within minutes and fixed it on the spot. Would visit again. "

"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

"Nice working elevator, artworks here and there, modern industrial furnished rooms with ref, clean and comfy beddings, aircon is cold too. In room wifi, and a balcony. Can still improve with sound proofing. Thanks tho! Its a good hotel. ☺️"

"Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

"Too pricey for the accommodation. Hotel is off a main road and very noisy to sleep. Elevator was broken for two days and still broken when we checked out. There was coffee maker and cups but no coffee - just cream and sugar. Bed springs of bad quality."

"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable."
