"The property itself was amazing. I enjoyed my stay however a few things that could be improved are the timing of the restaurants and bars, there are many time periods throughout the day where there are no food options, the bars also close at midnight which doesn’t accommodate those who want to go out later in the night. The staff also never answered the concierge phone making it very difficult to get things in a reasonable time. Minor things but could’ve made the stay much better! "

"The hotel is immaculate.
There was 3 of us. We stayed in a suite with a sea view. Amazing.
The main bed wasn’t an actual king size, just two twins. Not a problem though. The sofa bed was bigger.
The bathroom area was amazing. Dual sinks, great lighting, and separate toilet from shower/bath area. The shower and bath is amazing, there’s a window with a glimpse of the sea. Nice touch. Bath tub for those that like that, my wife used it.
The patio was amazing. Comfortable, with plenty of seating. Great views, over looking the sea and the main pool area. Outstanding

"The town the hotel is located at is very active. They have multiple restaurants, clubs and shopping 5 min away from the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent "
"Super social vibe, easy to meet people, and the staff were chill. It’s close to the beach and sunset spots, which was a big plus.
Rooms were clean with AC, but not super private. The kitchen’s small, and it can get noisy, but that’s kind of the vibe.

"I really point out one thing. Staffs are super friendly and eager to help. And breakfast was beautiful. This hotel has no swimming pool but you can use other pools nearby. This can be one demerit but the locatiom of this hotel was perfectly close to San Antonio port and San Antonio Bis terminal. I was able to enjoy my night clubbing comfortably by bus which saved expensive Uber charges. "
