"Stayed here with family for a night while visiting Guatape. Excellent location a stones throw from the center of town. Everything is within easy walking distance. This place is perfectly situated for a short stay and is safe, comfortable and easy to get to everything Guatape has to offer."

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"
