"Our room had a huge chair which shoved the bed over and therefor the one side had no nightstand. In this day and age each side needs a place to put things, charge the phone, have a light etc. There were no bath towels, cups or soap of any kind, even at the sink."

"Waited at the desk for over 10 mins before being acknowledged. The smell of cat urine in the air. Hole in bathroom by the shower. The sheets looked cleaned but definitely not the other bed covers.
