"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. The breakfast buffet had everything for a well rounded meal - hot items, breads, omelet station, fresh fruits and yogurt, coffee and tea bar, fresh juices.
