"Stayed with our two boys. Great view from balcony, the location was perfect and could walk to almost everything in the area! Staff were nice, room was clean, and the beds are good (not rock hard). Restaurants were not our favorite but didn’t matter as we could walk to so many. "
"From the moment we entered the Lobby, you are greeted with a smile. Checking is was very easy and we even arrived about 2 hours before check in time and our room was available. That’s a BIG Plus for me. The grounds are spectacular! You can see how every little area is neatly manicured. Our room was At. It was on the bottom floor and we could sit out on the patio looking at the pond and listening to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable and a nice large size TV. My husband wanted to treat me to Quail Lodge for Mother’s Day and it certainly was a very nice treat as I totally had a relaxing time. We stayed only one night but we will be certainly going back again for st least a 3 night trip."
"This is a charming spot, nestled near a stream. While an older property, it has been extremely well maintained. We had a studio cabin and although small, it met all of our needs, especially with a king size, comfortable bed. The heater in our cabin was… exuberant? The cabin definitely got warmer as the night went on, despite the setting. We made the mistake and left it on while we were out for a day and came back to 85°. So that was a lesson. To note, not all of the studio cabins are the same. We were traveling with two other couples. One couple had a king size bed with a larger bathroom and a small eating area. The other had a queen size bed with another bed offset in a separate room.
Our check-in was seamless. There is coffee and tea in the lobby every day, all day. There is a “food truck“ on the property in the mornings with a limited selection of breakfast items. The days that we were there seem to have been the days that several items were not available. Groceries are within a 10 minute walk. There is a small refrigerator and coffee bar of sorts in each room. I loved the peacefulness and the feel of the grounds. It felt a bit like an English garden."
