Wonderful Place!

We loved our stay at the Super 8 Lexington Park. The Guy at the front desk always wore a smile. Rooms were amazingly spacious and the bed was comfortable and nice. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood shops right across the street every night and strolling through each morning. We will definitely stay here again!

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever walked in to. Wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid but it felt like we walked into a trap house with the smell, people everywhere at 3am and all the loud music and yelling. Bed had stains and the bathroom had hair all over it.

Wires exposed in hotel room, that were hung on lamps by the bed. Complementary soap was open and used in the bathroom. Spiders in the bathtub, light fixture in the bathroom, missing, cover, exposed wires, and likes and rusty. I would not recommend anybody stays here.

Great hotel, Great team I am a travel nurse. My assignment was from October through December in the area. I had stayed at various hotels over that time. When I found this hotel it was a gift. This hotel was spotless. The rooms were clean, and well maintained. The lobby and sitting area are clean. I don't know what cleaning products they use but it was not overwhelming or offensive. The staff was all friendly, and professional. The lighting outside the hotel was amazing. I would not get back late some evenings from work and I always felt safe coming into the hotel. They also had someone at the desk 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler whether for business or pleasure. Hope they have a room for me the next time I'm in the area!

The Expedia website said there was breakfast and a pool which there was neither. Paid for a king size bed got a queen. The place was dirty and smelly. Burn hole in bed cover which I threw as far away from the bed as I could. Sign at the desk said no refund under any circumstance. I could go on but I am trying to get our 1 night stay out of my mind. In short, total dump.

Filthy Hotel

This place gives filthy a bad name. It smelled awful, the hallway, stairway and carpet was dirty. They put us on 3rd floor but there is no elevator. My room had no where to hang clothes - no closet, no bar, nothing! The bathroom floor had cracked/broken tile and was dirty. The vanity was filthy and looked like something they retrieved from the dump. The toilet had a seat that was oversized and just slid around on the base. The tub was nasty looking and I couldn't imagine showering in it. I didn't dare pull the covers down on the bed.

They didn't have a queen size saved for us. Said other people extended their stay. So tell them the room is already reserved. They gave us a room with 2 double beds. The clerk at the desk said you can always cancel and go to another hotel. I said the rest of our people are all here. And there was a sign saying we could not get a refund for any reason. Didn't think to mention that to her. One mattress had a sucken spot on it. needed replacing. The bathroom door handle was broken off. It was a smoking room it stunk. The rooms wall coming in by the door a drink or something was splattered all over. saw a drug deal go down outside our window. Also saw a cockroach in the bathroom.. Only good thing there was hot water for the shower.

Worse Motel I've Experienced

Of the many many hotels I've been to, this is one of the worse. Check in quick and easy. First room we were sent to had no lights, door tore off a dresser. Second room had lights. Furniture looked like war surplus. Mattress on one bed had collapsed springs on one side, making it easy to fall out of. Lot of electrical outlets didnt work. TV remote stopped working the second day. No one ever did any housekeeping in the 3 days there. No trash pickup. Breakfast was like everything else...choices were bread/toast, few half ripe apples, one choice of cereal and coffee. Thats it! Room entrance was a challenge, key cards didn't work half the time. Handle to door to the room loose. Check out...no one at the desk. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to show up. Super 8 at California, Md...AVOID!

Breakfast choices were 2 types of cold cereal, apples and toast. The second day, they were out of spoons and when asked, they did not have any. The smoke alarm in the room was missing. There were many damages to the bathroom walls from missing hooks, grout pulled away from between the sink and wall, etc. The blanket had a hole in it.
