"This was overall a very nice stay. It's great they have a contactless option for checking in and out. The ladies at the front desk were mostly friendly, one was, one was indifferent. The lobby and pool were very nice and the area was quiet. The parking is a bit tight and moderately well lit. My senior parents would have liked a bar to grip to get in/out of the tub. The mattresses were a bit too soft for me and a bit lumpy but still comfortable. The biggest con is the towels. They're very rough and thin. I would stay here again due to the value and cleanliness."

"This hotel is so unique and just such a vibe. It’s right downtown Palm Springs and walking distance to all the shopping and dining. The staff were all very accommodating to any need we had and the walk up room with balcony street views was immaculate. We will stay again on our next visit. "
