Everything was super good a very nice and safe area, they have all the essential services and more, water to drink for all customers, the restaurant staff Cristian and Karol were very kind, the personal were very considerate they put my breakfast to go, since my flight back to Texas were so early, that is true attention and concern for the customers, they also facilitated my transportation at dawn hours, I am really very grateful and without a doubt I will return there again

We enjoyed our 5-day, 4-night stay at Rossa Palma. One of our favorite things was the breakfast and the staff that served it (especially the "older gentleman":). He was very welcoming and always smiling. We also used the pool and this staff member was quick to make sure we had towels and beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel with relaxed atmosphere and good service. Most of the employees spoke English. Very good breakfast. Nice room, comfy bed and quiet aircondition. Our room (4) got quite a bit of noise coming from the neighbor bar during the weekend, until 2am, but the weekdays were more quiet. Bring your ear plugs.

Very nice property, staff was very helpful and prompt, polite with our requests, located in a very nice area for tourists. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The service was excellent. I was staying with a local and even they loved the food. Eating fresh mangos from the trees near our room was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
