Room was clean, staff friendly , simply done but new renovation. Price was excellent. I went here after booking another hotel online which I would not stay at as I felt very usafe. This property was similar price but I was comfortable, and most important I felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It is an older establishment but rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Only issue was had to switch rooms 3 times to find one without maintenance issues like windows that were broken and couldn't be closed, screen missing abd broken towel bars and vathtub drains.
It was okay overall, the room, staff, and parking area were good. However, we weren’t able to sleep well because around 2:30–3:00 AM, we heard shouting in the hallway on the second floor and doors kept banging. We honestly thought there was an emergency happening. Hopefully management can check on situations like this, as it made guests feel unsafe and uncomfortable during the night.
From cost point of view, this hotel is an absolute bargain anytime but few upgrades such as having charging points (type -c) in the room will be very helpful .Also cleanliness could be enhanced including inside the elevator
We liked the hotel, although upon arrival they informed us that they didn't have our reservation. The good thing was that they had rooms available. The room they gave us was located on the fifth floor with a beautiful view of Calgary, but the lamps didn't work and the TV picture was poor—it was an old model. So we reported it and they moved us to another room on the second floor, and in that room everything worked perfectly and the TV was a smart TV.
Check in was at 3 but I was allowed to check in at 1 with no extra fees.
Very pleasant staff.
Lovely room clean and comfy. Had a mini fridge plus microwave which was good for warming up left overs.
Elevator feature was added safety.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, rhe staff was friendly.
The hotel is in need of some updating
When I tried to showered at 8pm, there was no hot water. There were no face cloths and one hand towel, I'm sure I could have called for more, but the room was booked for 2, just not stocked.
In the morning all the water was hot and you couldn't get cold water to come out for brushing your teeth.
It's pretty dated, which is fine, but the curtains dont fit the windows, so the street light streams in all night. And the old doors sound like cannons going off if anyone leaves their room. Doesn't make for good sleeping.
I would just like to recommend that the staff and receptionists be more accommodating. I requested some utilities, but I was told to get them myself from the reception area.
For the rooms, daily cleaning and tidying should be done consistently. I thought housekeeping service was automatically provided every day for all rooms. The room should also have a fresher and more pleasant smell.
In addition, basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste should be included, as these are essential for guests’ convenience.
Bed was clean, shower had someone elses hair in it and floor mat was flity

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
On site parking was easy and felt safe. The facility whilst a little shabby at the entrance was very clean and welcoming inside. Staff were friendly and professional. Check in was easy and room was spotless.
I ate supper and breakfast in their restaurant. Excellent butter chicken and perfect breakfast for me.
I’ll be back. Affordable accommodation if you need to spend a night in Calgary.

The staff were friendly and the food was ok, but the facility is dated Our room had a broken window, noisy AC and the coffee pot only worked intermittently. We got a really good price on the room, so I guess you get what you pay for
All good only the coffee machine that its not working well. Coffee granules will mixed to the brewed coffee. Maybe I suggest to put electric kettle for those who wants to boil water for instant coffee or cup noodles and even just 2 small bottled water as complementary.Fridge in the room is in highest freon it will makes all the food frozen maybe it needs to adjust. Upon checked in the door locked was broken and trying to reach the reception but no one answering so i need to get down to the reception to complain about it and it settled right away and fixed.
