"Great place to stay. The free shuttle was booked fully so I ended up paying for an Uber. That was kind of disappointing. Also, only paper cups available in the rooms. I prefer some glass cups."

"Our stay was Monday to Friday .. We had a room with 2 queen beds .. two adults one 7 year old.. the room was clean and well kept .. the television reception was glitchy … the last morning there was no tv programming .. front desk advised Rogers was dealing with technical issues with the television and the internet and the issues would be resolved within the hour .. Room service .. we ordered dinner in Monday night .. housekeeping did not take the service tray back to the restaurant.. we saw a room service tray left in the hallway for 2 days .. housekeeping obviously feel that ‘it’s not my job’ and that is probably true .. I had to call the restaurant back and tell them the tray could be picked up .. The breakfast buffet had the usual fare and service was good.. The pool was awesome !! .. the hotel has a one hour time slot booking policy after 5 PM so the pool doesn’t get too busy .. there were 2 water slides that kids were using lots of.. the pool is only 4 feet deep at the deepest and 2 feet deep in the shallow end .. there was a deeper hot tub for adults and a shallow hot tub for children.. common area wastebasket weren’t always emptied and the parking lot had garbage laying around .. these reflect a poor housekeeping attitude.. We rated our stay a 4/5 as the positives outweigh the negatives .. we would stay again and expect better .. hopefully .."

"The air conditioner was very loud Also you cant access side doors from the parking lot when arriving in the the evening after check in. It was a full parking lot and the walk was a fair distance. There was only 1 person checking people in and was a lineup It would have been so much easier us bringing in our luggage"
