"Not been back to this hotel for about 10 yrs but it hasnt changed its still as clean and maintained ,this time i was in a single room and although it was small it was petfect for me(a mini fridge and hairdryer would of been a bonus but not to worry)evetuthing else was spot on an will return again."

"Wonderful hotel! We traveled with our adult children (19, 20 and 25) and stayed 3 days.Loved the pool, beach, snorkling off the beach and the breakfasts. Great location for exploring Costa Brava!"

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok. "
