"What an amazing resort! It was our first time in an Ikos Property. It was a delightful experience. The property is gorgeous and exquisitely well maintained. The staff is kind and does everything it can to make the guests feel welcome and happy. Kudos to their recruiting and training teams. The white glove service is everywhere.
The food is very good and the choices are plentiful. We also took advantage of the car provided with our package to visit the island a little and it was great.
It would have been nice if more aquatic activities were included and provided by the resort like sailing or waterskiing like you get in much more affordable resorts like Club Med."
"This was a beautiful hotel and the room was stunning. Huge bathroom with separate toilet and shower cubicles. Great sea view and big balcony. Had welcome gifts of a bottle Prosecco and a bottle of red wine as well as a bottle of water with a personalised note.
Staff were so friendly and helpful at every encounter even just walking around the complex. Variety of choice for food and high quality restaurants definitely worth visiting.
Leaving gift of lavender before checkout again with a personalised handwritten note.
All in all, a great stay"
"The best family holiday we've had. The complex is set over large (but walkable) immaculate grounds, which means it never feels overwhelmingly busy. Lots of pools to suit your daily vibe and a beautiful private beach - all with QR code access to the bar so you can completely relax. The HB food choices were excellent, changed regularly and very well prepared. I would like to give a special mention to the kids club staff (in particular Julia & Maya) for their endless enthusiasm day & night, that helped make truly special memories for my daughter during our stay."
"Accommodation was lovely. Any small issues were dealt with very quickly. All staff were helpful and friendly. Quality of food was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Pools and beach were wonderful. We would definitely return."
"Just a quick stopover to Kos then I am off to Bodrum, this was close to airport and lovely beaches, the hotel was apartments, rooms had everything needed. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly.
The local bus stop which takes you to the airport and Kos Town, in one minute from the hotel, so very handy.
Great Pool. Highly recommend. Thanks for having me."
"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, the bars and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. We used the beach more than the pool but both were excellent. Although there was was only one restaurant, the buffet served different meals throughout our holiday. There was also pizza and gyros available at the beach."
"We were a large party staying for a wedding we loved the size of the hotel and its location on the beach. We had a swim up sea views room which was superb.
If you are looking for a lively hotel with a swim up activity pool there isn’t one but there are lots of pools and lots to do.
The main restaurant is lovely with good food choice and attentive waiters. Our favourite restaurant was on the beach especially the chilled vibe and the breakfast.
Special shout out to Jess who was superb at speaking to us all letting us know what activities were going on -I loved the stretching class on the beach and the aqua fit in the pool !
Also Eni our waitress in the evening was super attentive and great fun. !
This hotel is a great vibe no rushing for sunbeds no queues for meals and great drinks and bars - we loved our stay. All the staff were super friendly - apart from those on reception who were quite blunt and rude."
