Our stay (4 adults) was fine. Checkin and checkout experiences were good. The room is much smaller than it seems in the pictures and does not accommodate 4 adults well. The second bed was a single that opens into two but there is no real mattress on the secondary bed. I believe that 2 adults and 2 kids would be ok though.

O apto que ficamos estava com uma das descargas estragadas, e o que me deixou mais preocupada foi o banheiro do quarto estava com o registro enrolado com fita isolante, mas quando chegamos meu filho de 7 anos foi tomar banho e ao abrir o chuveiro tomou um choque, eu tirei o chuveiro da tomada. E ficamos usando chuveiro de um banheiro e um sanitário do outro. Mas os funcionários são bem prestativos e o ambinte bem familiar.

Razoável, a cama de casal era bipartida e tinha um espaço entre os colchões, sem contar que eram super desconfortáveis causadores de dores na coluna. A reserva não estava confirmada pelo proprietário o que gerou estresse no check in.

O quarto e bom, condiz com o que esta nas fotos. Fica minha enorme critica a administracao do hotel deixar os hospedes mais de 2 horas em pe em uma fila para fazer o check-in é algo inadmissível. O melhor a fila estava tao grande que saia pra fora da recepção e pra ficar ainda mais otimo comecou a chover, deixaram os hóspedes um bom tempo na chuva ate um abençoando resolver sair la de dentro e organizar a fila para que todo mundo ficasse dentro da recepção. O quarto e ate bom mais nao voltaria nunca a este hotel por causa da administração que e pessima.

O local é incrível, muito lindo, muitas atrações no hotel, limpeza do apartamento muito boa, tivemos problema somente no check in, por desatenção não viram a confirmação de nossa estadia, tivemos q esperar mais tempo ainda para nos acomodarmos, e o wi-fi não pega direito no quarto. A acomodação está com aspecto de que foi reformada recentemente. São limpas, camas confortáveis e decoração agradável! No check-in, apesar de muito movimentado, fui muito bem atendida e orientada pela recepcionista! A única ressalva foi a área de lazer: pequena e piscinas adultas com mal cheiro insuportável. Atendimento do bar molhado tb não foi bom e a comida tb bem ruim!

Escolhemos uma opção de apartamento mais simples, que foi muito bom e contratamos o café da manhã. Senti falta de informações para a interação das crianças, eu fui com minha filha e não fomos informados que havia atividade para elas em um parque especifico. Foi super tranquilo! Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade na hora de realizar o check-in pois a atendente não localizava nossa reserva, mas, outro funcionário se prontificou e achou super rápido (literalmente em 5 segundos!). A estadia foi ótima, conseguimos comprar o café da manhã a parte, tudo ótimo. Funcionários do hotel sempre perguntavam se precisaríamos da limpeza no dia e quando utilizamos, ficou tudo impecável! Ganhamos ingressos para todos para irmos ao parque. Nada a reclamar.

Ótimo custo benefício

O quarto é ideal pra um casal, porém acomoda bem 4 pessoas . Roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade! O parque aquático do condomínio tem piscinas quentes e bem cuidadas! Em final de semana que não é alta temporada o condomínio e parque aquático é muito tranquilo! Recomendo pra quem gosta de tranquilidade!
