Área de Check-in sem estrutura para alta demanda.

Fomos no feriado da Semana Santa. Chegamos na pousada por volta das 14h30 no check-in. Havia uma fila enorme. Só conseguimos ser atendidas para fazer o check-in às 17h. O saguão da pousada parecia uma cena do inferno. Muito barulho, pessoas andando para todo lado, crianças gritando ou chorando, pessoas cansadas e reclamando, não havia lugar para sentar, eu e minha mãe ficamos em pé e super cansadas, etc. Foi a pior experiência de check-in que tive na vida. E isso porque comprei tudo com antecedência. As piscinas do Fiori são bem sem graças. Se não tiver ingresso para o Acqua Park, não vale a pena. As acomodações são bem mais ou menos, nada demais. Tinha cama confortável, ar condicionado, o quarto estava limpo, tinham bastante toalhas disponíveis, mas os cobertores pareciam sujos. A comida, apesar de cara, é a vontade e muito boa. O hotel não tem estrutura para atender muitas pessoas no check-in e check-out, precisa melhorar demais neste quesito.
