Great if you want social interaction and to be entertained. My wife and I wanted a quite weekend to relax but despite the fotos, pools and tables/seating are one on top of the other, no green areas (Le Jardin is just a name) and lastly constant noise from the speakers setup around the pools: music (depends on your taste), Bingo, even a live presentation. (more speakers and an end to conversation) OK if it was specific times but the whole day!

A nossa estadia foi muito boa. Quarto confortável, chuveiro bom. o único ponto negativo foi o barulho do ar condicionado, que impossibilitava que o deixássemos ligado a noite, apesar do calor (foi o motivo para o hotel não ganhar 10 na avaliação). Limpeza excelente, com destaque a funcionária Maria que foi maravilhosa. Café da manhã variado e com o melhor omelete que já comi na vida, mérito da funcionária Cleidiane (acho que esse é o seu nome), extremamente simpática e muito competente.

Boa, porém há espaço para melhorar!

Em geral foi boa, porém as condições do quarto oferecidas foram bem precárias, pois houve duas trocas até chegar as condições mínimas desejáveis. Cofre com defeito por duas vezes. O jantar incluído, foi péssimo no primeiro dia e melhorando durante a estada. A regularidade é necessária, não importa se o hotel está vazio ou não. Esperava mais. Em geral, superado os percalços, foi boa. Carece de melhorias.

Gosto do hotel, sempre me hospedo nele, apesar do cafe da manha continuar muito bom, o jantar nota 4, ja foi muito melhor, o valor pago pelo jantar merece variedades e capricho, nao tem variedades e muito fraco, e um hotel muito caro pelo que se oferece, as piscinas sujas, os deks sujos, cheio de papeis, lixos, precisam ser mais rigidos quanto ao tratamento da agua da piscina, principalmente a puscina coberta, agua suja e fedida, agua toralmente turva, colocar aviso para que as pessoas nao bebam e nao comam dentro da puscina as criancas e adultos comem dentro da piscina e tomam sorvete e nojento.

Ja conhecia o hotel, na penultima vez em que me hospedei fiz varias criticas quanto ao jantar e isso foi em julho/2024, voltei agora no feriado e percebi que so piorou, sempre as mesmas, nao tem variedades, poucas opcoes, horrivel, assim nao vai dar mais para hospedar d nem indicar pra ninguem, as piscinas nogentas, tenho que reconhecer que tem hospedes porcos, comem e bebem dentro da piscina, agua turva , fedida , precisa colocar ordem , avisos que nao pode comer nem beber dentro da piscina, pra vef se mantem um pouco a qualidafe da agua, muita garrafa, copo plastico, no chao, e eu vi varias vezes os garcons passando pra la e pra ca e nao pegam, a limpeza na area da piscina e pessima, nao sei se vai adiantar estar escrevendo tudo isso, mais o valor pago nao e pouco.

Check in bem rapido apesar do feriado, servico de manobrista muito bom com pessoas educadas, o que achei fraco sao os produtos do banheiro, sabonetes/shampo/condicionadores, muito simples uma marca estranha, pela qualidade do hotel poderiam usar algo melhor.
