Nice hotel but doesn’t live up to expectations. Room was very nice, comfortable bed, hit and miss with cleaning and refill of tea/coffee supplies. Pool looks good but doesn’t get any sun, therefore very cold, not very clean and no point laying on sun beds. Breakfast buffet (Indian style, all veg) is total chaos, one person doing omelettes, if your not waiting when yours is cooked it’s given to someone else. This hotel is very nice for Asians but I think most Europeans will be disappointed. The tv only has one channel, adverts... no other channels worked. On day 2 we went to reception with a list of problems, staff very nice and tried to help, but things like bathroom floor flooding from shower was beyond their ability. Much nicer hotels in Calangute for what we paid.

Hotel Manager needs to learn a lot.

I am a seasoned traveller and I have never has such bad experience. I had mentioned during my booking as well as during checking in, that its my first wedding aniversary night and expected some value addition in regular services, a little decoration or any small gesture of hospitality, but totally let down! Cherry on top, we were asked to check out sharp @11 even after request for just 1 hr extra late check out, even tho the hotel was barely occupied. Breakfast was a disaster! Please prefer to look for more hotels as there are way better hotels near by.

Not a good hotel for privacy or family

The Hotel is located 500 metres from the beach. Not easily accessible. Staff is friendly. Room was not clean and smells badly. Bed had spider, mosquitoes and bed sheet didn't smell good. Room service didn't pick up phone all the time and breakfast variety was terrible. Toilet was clean. Aircon was working good. TV has many channels to explore and keep entertainment. Wifi is not working and there is no signal. Rooms have connectivity to nearby rooms so there is noises heard and not good for privacy. Hotel uses manual key to access which is hard to use and also to keep. Very dull feeling and wouldn't stay here again.
