This property is charming, well maintained and nicely decorated with antiques and curiosities. Its a short walk to the beach and I highly recommend it. I would have appreciated if the bathtub was working (water was turned off) as I like to take baths but with the understanding that is wasteful I was okay with this that small inconvenience.

A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable. However the standout for us was the staff, they did all they could to help us arrange a driver, clean our room, print documents we needed etc. It really was a 5 star experience and we would love to come back. Special shout out to Freddy for his peerless service and great sense of humour :)

Die Umgebung, das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut sind die Ayurveda Massagen. Die beiden Barkeeper mixen super Mocktails and Cocktails. Die kleinen Häuschen mit dem Hallöchen sind auch sehr schön.

Hotel de petite taille avec personnel très attentif à nos besoins, bien situé par rapport au restaurants et à la plage, tout peut ce faire à pied, notre chambre était grande et propre la literie de bonne qualité, il manque un peu d’insonorisation La piscine est bien il peut manquer de transats en cas d’affluence. Les prix du restaurant sont chers par rapport à ce qui est pratiqué 200 mètres plus loin donc nous avons opté pour ne pas manger à l’hotel, Dommage.

Characterful, friendly and charming hotel. Peaceful setting, rooms very clean. We had a bit of a problem with the hot water on arrival but they were quick to attend to this, and in fact moved us to a better room the next day. Taxi from airport all went to plan and they also organised a taxi for us onto our next destination. Breakfasts were fine with a choice of english style or Indian.

An absolute gem.

Great little hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious, very close to everything but far enough away to remain quiet. Lovely staff who really can’t do enough for you. Would have no reservation whatsoever to recommend this hotel. I will be returning next year.

It's just beautiful

The hotel is a wonderful escape from the dust and dirt of the outside the gate. It means you can experience true goa with the tuc tucs, cows, mopeds and dirt knowing that you will sleep in a clean bed with AC. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the pool area is kept clean and relaxing. You can see the Portuguese influence and enjoy watching the fish peacefully swimming in the pool in the middle of the hotel. A wonderful place.

A great oasis hotel

This was a great little hotel, a little oasis hidden away in a beautiful kept garden with a lovely fountain. Gated access and a guard who was lovely. The food here and restaurant was excellent and I can recommend the pina collada. The swimming pool was a very good size, and a lot of the times we had it to ourselves. For people who are not sure, please try this hotel, as once you have settled in and found what you like to eat etc you will not want to leave. The bedrooms are well equipped and spacious. One to resist time after time.

bon séjour à Casa Séverina

Bon hôtel bien placé pour le calme, la piscine est bien propre et agréable à utiliser, le wifi manque de ressources et le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop basique avec un café fait avec des sachets..... personnels vraiment très attentionnés , le restaurant est de bonne qualité avec un choix suffisant pour quelques jours la plage oui mais sans le bruit car l’hôtel est situé en retrait de la plage , ce qui lui est bénéfique bref un bon hôtel où il fait bon d'y rester, quelques points à améliorer pour être vraiment très bon
