"No nos respetó la reserva, iba con mi mujer y 3 chicos y nos dejó sin habitación por ganar $2 aprovechando la demanda de la fecha. Poco serio e impresentable el señor que nos atendió. Deplorable "

"We stayed 4 nights in a room with a king size bed, in-room safe, living room with desk and chair, refrigerator and nice large bathroom. The breakfast was in the restaurant onsite and it was very good - lots of options of hot, cold and healthy too. Very friendly staff. A short walk to the main Plaza San Martin, Cathedral, etc. Great location to see a lot of the main sights on foot, good public transportation on the buses (buy a SUBE card) and great restaurants around the area."
