"We had a suite with a kitchen, living room area, bedroom and two bathrooms. The hotel is located close to Snow King ski area in Jackson. If one were there skiing for a few days, it would be a great spot for a family. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a small coffee shop and gaming area at the hotel. Location is not far from Jackson Town Square. The one thing I would like to see is a safe in our room, there’s a safe at the front desk but more convenient in the room itself. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Jackson."

"The room was tastefully decorated in a basic, rustic country style. The room was a little larger than expected. The room was clean and well maintained. I had issues with the door lock, but management responded quickly via text. The refrigerator in room-19 was a little too noisy, so I turned the thermostat down at night so it wouldn't run as often. Also, the freezer needed to be defrosted."

"Although the location is awesome and the cabin is nice it is very small for a family of three. I requested two queen beds and we got bunkbeds, which was not a good option. The rooms are a little outdated. The AC was very loud and our toilet seat was broken. The icemaker on property didn’t work. For the high price we paid, we were pretty disappointed."

"My wife & stayed here June 9th on our cross country road trip. From the lodge, to the gourmet pizzas at the bar, and the evening fire pits, everything was phenomenal, including the room. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer & experienced more, this place is perfection. Everyone was so friendly, especially Penny!"
