"Je voulais une nuit détente au jacuzzi et repos : le jacuzzi parfait mais le reste nul : le lit gratais ; la literie ne sentais pas bon et l’état général de propreté ma declenché une crise d’allergie ( c’est pour dire!!!). Pour courro et le tout la télé ne fonctionnait pas et l’annonce précisait un petit déjeuner qui n’existait pas . Résultat : on a très mal dormi et on est très déçu . Re prix est aussi surfait . Bref ; c’était nul "

Great location in the town, secure parking for our motorcycles very friendly and a wonderful quirky room with a much needed spa. Bathroom was extremely nice and super clean. We have stayed in several locations whilst making our road trips and Boulogne Sur Mer has become our preferred place to enjoy a last evening on the Mainland! Aux Charmes has been a great find. "The check in was very quick and done by a lovely friendly lady who spoke excellent English. Parking was free of charge in the road outside the hotel with apparently a night porter to keep an eye on it. Our room was huge! Very comfy bed and a big shower with tons of hot water. Tea and coffee making stuff in the room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that! When we checked out in the morning we learnt we had been the only ones in the hotel! Very friendly gentleman to check us out. Please stay here and help small independent hotels survive, rather than book a corporate one , and in our case it was cheaper too! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊"
