"Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "

"The staff, the beak fast…. The ambiance….the room…. Everyone is so nice, from the bellman to the supervisor. Just notice 1 thing, towels are kind of dirty white color, they need to replace their towels"
