"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Room was really spacious. Spotlessly clean. Staff were probably the nicest we've met in a long time. Couldn't do enough to help us. Especially Nicholas. And the guy who checked us out.im going mad I didnt spot his name. Food was exceptional. Only thing we had an issue with( and it wasn't a huge deal just a little annoying) was all the tiny stones around the sunbeds. We thought it was sand when we saw it first. But no. And it stuck to your feet. The place is so well located with lots to do. We would highly recommend it."

"The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable. The views are breathtaking, and Cala Galdana Beach is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the restaurants and the excellent breakfast. However, the hotel is beginning to feel a little run-down, particularly the guest rooms, which would benefit from renovation and modernization. Despite this, the incredible setting, comfortable beds and great food made our stay enjoyable."

The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back!
