"Very clean room, excellent staff always very helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for beach. Food was very good and a lot of options. Only slight negative was the kids pool wasn’t heated so water was cold but I believe this is normal for Menorca."

"Loved this hotel. Love the location to get to multiple beautiful beaches. Also conveniently located near supermarkets and a few shops and restaurants. The hotel has an app which is great for ordering services and keeping track of your room charges if you eat and drink in the hotel. Nice pool although it is freezing cold. 30-35 minute drive from airport. We got a taxi which cost €50 and the hotel arranged our return taxi. Food selection is good."

"The hotel was centrally located within a five minute walk to the marina and one beach, and another beach 10min walk away. Bus stop & supermarket right opposite too. We arrived at 10am and was able to check into one room straight away, and the other was ready just a couple of hours later, which was really appreciated, along with our upgrades rooms. Breakfast options were plentiful (although an earlier start time would have been preferred (8am -10.30am). Overall I would.recommend this hotel"

"Excellent for a short break …nothing around the hotel except one restaurant by the beach but the hotel itself is great , staff so friendly and helpful , lovely food , pool area great and loads of sunbeds . Would definitely come again and recommend to others."

"A really charming little hotel, right behind the indoor market and an easy stroll to the port. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the phone-based key system, which requires internet access. As an international traveller without local data, it was a real struggle to get into the hotel on arrival at 10pm. Despite requesting out-of-hours instructions days in advance, they only arrived once I had landed in Mahón and no wifi details were included. These really should be provided with the access instructions so guests aren’t reliant on having data at the door. There was also no wifi information in the room once I finally got in. After check-out I left my luggage, but my door access was deactivated by the time I came back and there was no one at reception. It was resolved via WhatsApp, but the access system could be much better communciated and managed."
