A new tradition…

I have taken 7 different groups to Cairo and have stayed in 4 different hotels across from the Pyramids. I have found my favorite! Wont look anywhere else when I bring teams back. The staff is excellent and NOT pushy! We arrived at 4am and there were workers there to happily get our bags to our rooms.

Property was at great location, specially at sun set do not miss the roof top pyramid view. Fateh was great and he deserves a shout out for his great service and hospitality. If you are looking for something near pyramids then this is your hotel but if you are looking to stay longer then I wouldn’t as the property needs renovation. Thanks again for making our stay memorable.

I stayed here for 3 nights stop over, mainly to show my kids the Pyramids. This hotel was such a good choice as it had amazing views of the Pyramids from its rooftop restaurant. I cant thank the staff enough, from the restaurant staff Hasan and team, the reception desk Faruk and Ola were absolutely amazing,

The hotel first line front of the Pyramids,The service and the attention of everyone at the hotel was excellent, they were all very nice and helpful. The rooftop view is stunning ( you can watch the light show for free) food was great & my room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved the proximity to the pyramids and the amazing view from the terrace. The room was basic but always clean. Ali did an amazing job keeping everything clean. Hasan was amazing always having coffee and snacks and a ready smile ready everytime we went to the terrace. Breakfast was amazing. Ola also made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting the pyramids and elsewhere. Watching the sound and light show from the terrace was also a highlight for us.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Hamed, Ali and Moses. Myself and my 9 year old, spent 2 nights here and probably should have spent more my son didn't want to leave. If you want to wake up each morning and see a pyramid out your window it's worth the few extra pounds. Tip don't buy tickets for the light show as you get a better view from the roof top restaurant. We’d go back again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The terrace view was breath taking, especially when the sun was setting behind the pyramids! I’m definitely happy we stayed in Giza, and not in Cairo, which is way too busy for me. You are much closer to sights from there. As far as the hotel goes, breakfast was absolutely amazing. The amount of food we got was insane and really yummy. The room was ok. We are a family of 5 so when we got a room with no windows (!) I was a little bummed out but didn’t feel like I could ask for a different room, maybe I could have. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The bathroom (sink and shower) leaked, so there was water all over ….. but we saw an other room that didn’t seem to have that issue, so it might have just been our room. Either way, I think issues like that are somewhat normal there, so no big deal for us. We’d go back again mostly because it was so convenient, calm, the evening view amazing and the staff was all very nice!

Inconvenient location and very poorly maintained hotel. Scam artist manager gave our rooms away and switched us to a different place charging $25 for a complimentary cab ride from the airport and $15 extra for the room. Recommend trying someplace else.

Staff are great. They try to pleasure everyone as much as possible. When I went to the rooftop for breakfast. Hassan was so caring & AWESOME. Abraham was also great on lunch time! One thing that bothered me was water leaking out the shower. There would be so much water on the bathroom floor. Not sure if that can be fixed.

The hotel had good pictures, but in person, it was very poorly put together, rough bed sheets, bad lighting in the room, no hot water in the bathroom on the first day, shower water flows for the shower all over the bathroom, shower head was broken, toilet bowl was broken, etc

The hotel room was lovely and we had a beautiful view of the pyramids from our pyramid view room booking. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff who work there are very friendly and helpful especially Hassan at the rooftop restaurant, Moses, and Yassir the concierge. Yassir was very informative on the first day about the area and available tours during the free welcome drinks. Everyone at the hotel has a high level of hospitality. You have an incredible view of the pyramids and can see the pyramids sounds and lights show most evenings from the rooftop restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed our time there and it’s amazing proximity to the pyramids was a bonus. The only issue was outside the hotel, the stray dogs in the streets can be a little bit noisy at night but I was prepared with earplugs and recommend bringing some to any hotel in the area.

Booked and fully paid for a 1 night stay at this property months for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, 7 and 4 years old. Paid for the top room they have with a pyramid view and 4 double beds, the luxury suite, as we had 3 birthdays out there. As we arrived to the hotel after a morning at the pyramids, sphinx and other bits we were told they had given our booked room to someone else as they had wanted a longer booking than what we had booked for. Offered us a room with a 1 double bed or a room with no windows as a substitute, absolutely no where near what we booked or big enough. All of this after a 6am flight from Hurghada and 2 young children. They were not interested in trying to rectify the situation and just offered to drop us at our follwing days trip to the Grand Museum for free, saving us about £2 insteaf of an Uber. Lost out on the tickets we paid for the follwing day at the museum as we had to fly back the same night. AVOID. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING AND EVEN ADMITTED THEY DO THIS IF SOMEONE WITH A LONGER BOOKING REQUESTS THE ROOM. They should be ashamed doing this to a family with kids.

They are cheating their guests. Even if I booked a room with a balcony, I was given a different room. The difference will not be refunded. If you negotiate the difference considerably, you'll get dinner free in exchange, but you'll be charged for dessert and drinks.

Beware! This hotel is a scammer!

We booked a Luxury Suite room but when we reached the hotel we were told that the particular room was already booked and someone was occupying it already. They gave me a downgraded room without any compensation. When I questioned about how double booking is possible for one room, they said it's a mistake by the website which I definitely don't agree with. If it was overbooked they had all the possibility to cancel it well in advance as I had booked a month ago. Looking at the earlier reviews I just noticed that this hotel has scammed many other guests in the same way. So I strongly suggest you to stay out of this hotel. I'm also making an effort to delist this hotel from Hotels.com.

A stay beyond my expectations

My experience was totally different from the reviews that I saw in multiple traveling platforms. The receptionist was kind and we got the room I booked in Hotels.com. I could see 3 Pyramids and Sphinx directly in the room. The rooftop offered a better view and nearly no blockes in front of my eyes. Before checking in, I worried a lot what if no room available. Some people said in their reviews that they waited for a long while till their rooms got ready, and some were even arranged to another building. Almost all inns near this one were reviewed something like this. I personally would like to stay a bit farther after seeing all of those. My girlfriend prefered a direct, near, and good pyramids view. I had to prepare a backup then. Fortunately, that didn't have to be used. After check out, we received a bunch of postcards and two pieces of decorations of profile from the hotel. What a hospitality! We were also introduced with several traveling activities such as camel riding when checking in. There was no problem though we didn't choose any but staying in the hotel, and no tipping was obviously required there. The cleanness was adequate. Decorations was so so considering the price, but the view and distance is quite good. Then the price was acceptable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Panorama Pyramids Inn in Giza, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. One staff member in particular, a lady named Ola, truly stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. Her friendly and kind demeanour made me feel like a valued guest, and I am truly grateful for her assistance during my stay. A highlight was undoubtedly the stunning pyramid view, which I could enjoy from both my bedroom and the rooftop terrace, this is something that I will never forget. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing, you will not go hungry. The variety of dishes and quality of food was impressive. The only suggestions I have for improvement would be is to have heaters on the terrace, this would add more comfort during the cooler seasons. A hairdryer in every room would also be beneficial. However, this is a very minor issue compared to the incredible experience I had. Overall, my experience was exceptional, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza. The amazing staff, the pyramid view from the bedroom and rooftop terrace, and the amazing breakfast all contributed to making this hotel a must-stay for anyone visiting Egypt.
