"Such a beautiful, newly-opened property in the centre of Mallorca. We had a very warm welcome from Lisa, which was replicated by all the rest of the staff we met. The room was spacious, comfortable and luxurious and the grounds of the hotel and pool area were fabulous. The hotel is newly opened, so wasn't full, which was great for enjoying exclusive facilities! It did mean that the 360 bar wasn't open after dinner (presumably as there were too few guests on site).
