"Murphy’s was a lovely find! Property was very nice, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a nice short walk to The Anvil for a bite to eat and a drink at the end of the day. "

"Lovely country property, close to Gap of Dunloe and Ring of Kerry drive. Very kind hosts, good breakfast. Shower was a bit small but goes with the age and charm of this property."
"Absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms were amazing. The ambiance 10/10.
Everyone is super friendly.
I travel a lot all over the world staying in very nice hotels. This one ranks top10 on my list.
The hotel dogs (two Irish wolfhounds) were a nice touch to this countryside castle hotel."

"It was lovely. The grounds were quiet and private even though it was close to the road. Sandra the owner was very sweet, kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and we had two bathrooms in our room, which was so nice. The only hiccup I can mention is that on hotels.com, the address was listed as Fenit Road and it was on Knockanush East. We had to call them to get that information."
"The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. "
