"The hotel is on a busy road. We could hear the trucks drive by all night. They clean the rooms every other day. We stayed 4 nights. That is only 1 cleaning in our 4 nights. We ran out of clean glasses and towels. I heard a gentleman have to ask the front desk for more toilet paper. Awful service. "

"We had a great checkin. Arrived a bit early and they could accommodate us before we had to go to our family event in Essex. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and help make our stay special."

"The room was clean, a good size, with comfortable chairs and had all the thungs you need to be comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating."

"Room couldn't maintain a temperature, pool was never open and there was no clear signage to keep you from going in while it was disgusting and unusable, coffee was trash, rooms were barely cleaned. There was a lot of build up in the washroom and splashed liquids on most surfaces. There were no maintenance staff the whole weekend so no issues would be addressed properly. "
