"Brilliant stay. The room was clean and a good size, the staff were really friendly, the place was easy to find, centrally located and close to shops, the castle, the bus station and the pub next door did wonderful food. There was also a good size TV in the room and a kettle as well as complimentary teabags and coffee. Apart from the fact the shower tray got full very quickly and took a while to drain I can't think of a single negative. Really good value. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time."

"Great Location in Town Centre within Castle Walls. Room and bed was Comfortable but could have done with coffee sachets which I did request for second night but didn’t arrive. Showers and toilets very clean on arrival but deteriorated during day and evening. All round great value in Twin Bunk Room. No Parking included so be prepared to search for Parking in Town"

"Not worth the money at all! Room and hallways were dirty, there was no toilet paper in our room, and lots of things were broken. Just felt really, really old and poorly maintained. Tiny room. Part of why we chose this was due to the breakfast photos on google, that look amazing. So disappointed! It was a buffet, but a really sad one. Poor choices, and didn't look nice. We skipped out as quickly as we could"

"There was one communal fridge so I didn't feel confident leaving milk etc in there over night with others milling around. There was a loud party in the function room attached which was very loud which went on well past 11 so myself and my daughters found it difficult to sleepas people were singing, cheering and running past our window."
