The hotel is very well located and very clean. It is in close walking distance to the cathedral and two town squares, as well as to one of the beautiful Cadiz beaches (Santa Maria del Mar). Underground public parking is nearby. The room was very small. The elevator kept breaking down - not so handy with suitcases.
They let us ship our bikes from there after we left after a bike tour. Very accommodating. Great location, and good price. Only "downside" was that the room was comically small, but that's the one we had paid for (they have bigger ones for more money) the bathroom was a good size. We didn't really mind the small room though, in Cadiz, don't hand out in your room. Overall this is a great place to stay for not too much money.

Excellent location within the Old Town of Cadiz - everything walkable in just a few minutes. Reasonably sized room, a little tight for two people, but ok for single travellers. Small fridge didn’t work so couldn’t have cold drinks.
The gentleman that checked us in was actually quite rude, the other staff however were helpful. Be aware that the outdoor terrace shown in the photos is for the rooms on the 5th floor only. Rooms are very small but quiet. Cadiz is small so location anywhere in the city isn’t a problem.
