Achei estranha a afirmação e mais estranho não encontrar a reserva com meu nome. Será por ser Hotel.com estava sendo penalizado? Aí, me colocaram num quarto do outro lado da rua (necessário subir escada de ferro, quarto horroso,estava sendo penalizado). Ela disse que estava lotado. Eu disse que no momento da reserva haviam...
