"The team were friendly and helped carry our baggage up to our room; the room was average size for the Philippines and was tidy, and the bathroom was good, considering this is a budget hotel. the hotel is about a 5-minute walk up to the Oslob Whale Shark Street, where you gain entry to the water. "Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"We were a family of 16 (adults and children) staying for 2 nights in June. We all loved it. The owner was on site and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were spotless and perfectly situated to see the pool and ocean through the large sliding glass doors. And the staff was friendly and available. Breakfast to order was delicious. I highly recommend the Beachhouse."

"I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. "

"Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand."
