"The bar breakfast and staff in these areas were all excellent including the door and security staff.The reception staff were awful,unhelpful and tried their best to ignore you as long as possible,shame as this was all that let the hotel down."

"I had a very enjoyable 3-day stay at Villa Angela last week. It's a beautiful house and an honor to be able to stay in just a historical space. The host was wonderful and gave us a tour of the house along with its history. The staff were very helpful--assisting me with getting laundry done and answering questions. The main room even has several books to browse on Vigan to learn more about the area, history, and culture. It was a memorable stay in this UNESCO World Heritage city."
