"Safe place, great view, and beautiful hotel. In my opinion, they have to work a lot in the “welcoming “. There was not “welcome to Casablanca, this is how everything works here, we have this and that available for your convenience, we have two pools, we have a restaurant available, etc”. There was nothing told for welcoming guests. I still don’t know if the kitchen they had, was for guests or if there was a front desk.
