"Exceptional stay! Worth every penny. The service was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views on every direction. Food was absolutely delicious in restaurants. Only downside, very family oriented with lots of little children. There were some adult only pools and areas that made up for it, during entertainment nights (some until 12:00am) be prepared to have a bunch of kids running around. Even with all the kids I would still highly recommend."

"This is a great holiday to keep the kids entertained (which is mostly what we wanted). The food was good and tasty. I felt spoilt with the huge amounts of red prawns on offer almost every night. The pools are fantastic, the lifeguards on patrols were amazing at keeping everything fun and safe. The playground is also great we used it a couple of times in the evening. The complex is big - we stayed in block 42 - and had no trouble getting around. The location setting is beautiful - fantastic outlook. We didn’t use the kids club but I loved the way it was run and the staff really are great. The rooms are a little tired, quite small and there is a drain smell but they are clean and quite comfy beds."

"We had a very nice stay overall at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. There was some confusion with our reservation at check-in, and we also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff worked to resolve both situations and the AC was repaired during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, about 13 minutes from Es Trenc beach, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the initial issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff’s efforts to help resolve everything. We had a great vacation overall and would consider staying here again."

"After spending 7 nights in Mallorca, staying at 4 different 4 star hotels all over the island, I am giving this honest review whilst comparing the standards of all 4 of the hotels that we stayed in. Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel at the bottom of that list of 4 for the following reasons. The first is the lack of parking. There is no car park and very limited street parking. We had to drive around the town twice before finally finding a space which was not even very close to the hotel. Next was reception. We were told on check-in that the sky bar was closed but we could go and take photos if we wanted. The sky bar was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and so this news came as a massive disappointment. However, the information was misleading because it turned out it was open later that evening and the next evening. Also, we booked a Suite which had a coffee maker and we were provided with 2 coffee pods"
