"We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset for five nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was our first time visiting Cabo. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The views from the rooms are breathtaking—we were even able to see whales from our balcony, which made the experience extra special. The food options throughout the resort are excellent, especially at The Market, where there is a great variety of choices. The gelato was amazing, and the coffee shop makes a fantastic flat white. There were a few minor issues during our stay. Our VIP welcome package (cheese and chocolate tray, wine, and champagne) was delayed. We had to call the front desk several times to follow up, and unfortunately it didn’t arrive until the last day of our stay, so we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy it. That said, several staff members made our visit memorable. Alberto and Sandy at the front desk were very helpful, and Cicilia at the spa gave a fantastic massage—definitely visit the spa if you can. It’s a bit pricey but very relaxing and worth it. The gym could use some upgrades to the equipment, and the golf carts sometimes took a while to arrive when we called from our room—having a few more carts available would help. Despite the hills around the property, it’s still fairly easy to get around. Overall, the resort has a great location and good food, and we truly enjoyed our visit. One small downside was the time-share representatives approaching us frequently, especially during breakfast. "

"View was okey - Big cruise ships in the view all the time , one day there were 3 - so it kinda kills the view , food choices were there but not much changing - staff was excellent , hotel design and amenities were nice ; however felt value was not there ; it was pricey - the suggested travel agents - packages were offered much cheaper on boat or but thought from hotel they would do some exclusive offers - but they were high priced and below average service for the excursions - excursion we took was Nexus tours and I highly discourage that to be used ever. "

"Rooms are a little on the small size, but fine. My main criticism is the “all-inclusive” part. This was our first time in Cabo and are first “all-inclusive”. Not everything is included and there is an up-charge, mainly if you want decent quality alcoholic beverages."

"Our room was nice. Upgraded to a junior suite with ocean view top floor. Room was clean and spacious. The food quality and options were not good. I think for the price there are much better options than this resort "

"This place was wonderful! The whole staff was very gracious. We had the most fun with the team at the activities pool, Rodrigo for drinks and snacks and George for our golf cart rides! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The view is spectacular overlooking the pacific ocean, the experience did not work out since on Expedia the hotel is listed as all inclusive when in fact it is not. As expected the bill increased exponentially from there and once you are at the hotel and it has been paid you are trapped under those circumstances. The rooms were clean however smelled damp all the time and the property shows it's age by means of clogged bathtubs and failing sliding door locks. This is a small resort more suitable to families who wish to cook at the hotel, not right for the more sofisticated adult traveler."
