"First things first, this hotel is NOT adults only. Various pool around the hotel, the best COLD ones were by the volleyball area. The infinity ones overlooking the beach had very hot water. Entertainment staff were the best, very friendly and engaging. Food wise.. Horrible buffet style. I was under the impression there were dinner restaurants and there was a waitlist just to find out it was buffet style. Some waiters were not the greatest as we would have to ask several times to be refilled with water. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tesoro. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the marina and close to everything, which made it perfect for a short stay. I would say it’s ideal for about three days to fully enjoy the area. The breakfast experience was a bit mixed. The servers were clearly working hard, especially taking great care of local guests. A few times we had to get up and grab our own coffee, while others were receiving more attentive service and explanations about the buffet. We were mostly just told that breakfast was ready and shown to our table. That said, it wasn’t anything that negatively impacted our trip, just something worth noting for consistency. Overall, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and we had a really good stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to be right in the heart of Cabo."

"Very large pools so lots of space for everyone. I wish they were a little more full of water so the infinity edge had actual water going over and no ledge before it. Resort was extremely clean. Food was great especially the Italian place but the restaurants were closed some night and no warnings for when they would be closed till the day of. The room service was the worst part. I ordered at 9pm and had to go to bed just after midnight and it hadnt arrived yet. I texted on the app at 10:30 asking how long and got the response it was moments away. All my future texts didn't get a response. We got a junior suite with the swim up option and the pool was very well kept and nice to have to cool off in the evening. "

"The food was amazing! The best food we’ve had at an all inclusive report. No fighting for pool chairs. Very quiet and was not loud at all. Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. It wasn’t busy either so not sure what hmthe issue was. It wasn’t just us having experienced this. All other staff were amazing"

"Property is in very good shape, very clean and modern rooms, pool and other places staff are friendly and efficient. Kid friendly hotel. For an all inclusive resort I always look for a Hard Rock property, the only bad thing at Los Cabos location, now they don't serve natural juices :("

"We paid $800 to upgrade our room when our daughter decided to come with us. The hotel insisted we pay more once we got there. It was another $200 to add her. They acted like we were inconveniencing them and trying to “pull a fast one.” Basically, no customer service and just wanted to make more money off us. Also, they were ridiculously inflexible. They wouldn’t let us have an uber come get us at the lobby. Instead we had to walk 5 mins to the gate. Our daughter sprained her ankle and they still made us walk. Also, food was not good and drinks costs $20 each. They jack up prices for the non-all inclusive guests. But the all-inclusive isn’t worth it because they use bottom shelf liquor. And you had to pay if you wanted even mid-level brands. Positive was Jaime at the beach pool bar. Also, breakfast at the Grande Solmar was good and not crazy high price fix. All in all, we definitely won’t go back."
