Diego handled every request with such care and professionalism that it truly elevated our entire experience. The Culinary Experience The food throughout the resort exceeded our expectations. We had several standout dining experiences: * The Market: This was the highlight of our trip. The selection and quality were exceptional. Honestly, it’s so good it should be open all night! * Toro and Zen: Both were great options for dinner with fantastic atmospheres and high-quality dishes. * Breakfast at Ciao and Umo: A perfect way to start the day. Both spots offered delicious variety and great service. * Room Service: Even the in-room dining was impressive—the food arrived fresh, hot, and was consistently good. Overall, the resort provides a luxury experience with a genuine human touch. We can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning. "

"It was hard to get a bottle of water or coffe before 7 am. . Not 24 hrs room service like said during check in. Waiters at bars were rude. Overall it is hard to get drinks and food served. Watchout for hidden fees. We were awaken at 1:25 am with a loud noise it was about 50 pebble rocks thrown at our door. Cleaning ladies will not replace the empty tissue box or shanpoo bottles. "

"Pool was lovely. Resort was dated but the location at the Marina was very convenient. Close to town, Medano Beach and all of the action. We only stayed for 2 nights but we enjoyed it. Didn’t eat there. Would recommend it."

"The hotel room was about 100 years old. Has not been updated or renovated in what looks like centuries. Broken shower head, broken faucets, the water came out brown in the tap until flushed out. They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite- but the jacuzzi was filled with moths and didn’t look like it had been cleaned or used for several months. The food was mediocre at best and the service was unbelievably slow. All in all, I was thankful that we only stayed for two nights and not an entire week. "
