It was a one day thing to stay over night, wanted something very close, if you expect Four Seasons it’s probably not for you, it was very simple bit clean and very friendly staff checking us in, and right in the center of restaurants and bars and of course music. And that what we needed, we do travel with two small dogs, so its pet friendly, so for a quick moment to stay over night clean and simple with very friendly staff was perfect for us.
The room could use some painting. The add mentioned microwave available. There was none in the room.
The staff was very attentive, friendly. Nice atmosphere.

This is more of a beach motel. The rooms are small and very few amenities, but you’re not here for anything other than rest and sleep.
The staff are excellent and very happy to help. The location is sea side among restaurants, bars, food carts, and souvenirs. Day time is for the beach and swimming, while nighttime brings on the music and drinking.
If your looking for the Ritz, this is NOT IT, but if your looking for sea side fun and lots to see and do, the. This is a perfect base camp.

No frills place, adequate for our 1 night stay. Room and facility are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a helpful bonus in the area and the small tourist strip has many choices for local food and drinks. The beach is within walking distance, loction is great for going to nearby attractions. It would have been nice to have hangers to use in the closet and I had to ask for a bath mat. I like to watch the local news, but the television didn't work.I suggest changing or washing the pillows, they smell of sweat and a new bed. Ours feels like its going to break any day. Also including a small end table with a lamp next to the bed would help. Minor fix to make a stay more comfortable and appealing.
Property in overall is good, the only thing is to enforce the noise discipline policy that they make you sign. Guests from other apartments were playing loud music and talking till 2am. As far as location is right in the middle of Poblado which is good cause everything is within a 2-3 minutes walk.
After more than 1 hour of trying to sleep,At 2:00am I my wife an d I took our stuff and left the premises. There was a group of person in the lobby like area ( front of reception ) that had a get together there making a lot of noise, talking and screaming. For my surprise when I passed thru, there was an employee in the group that asked me, are you leaving now ?
At that time I had a 90 minutes drive back home. But was worthy, had a good sleep at home.
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The unit I was assigned had wet floors, humidity and the AC was not working properly, and during the first night I assumed it was simply due to the heat outside. I thought maybe the AC needed time to cool the room since it seemed to have been turned off at check‑in. However, the situation quickly became uncomfortable, distressing, and honestly disgusting. I couldn’t sleep well, and I did not enjoy my stay at all—especially considering how expensive it was for the quality I received.
One bed was fine, but the other had broken wood and even a hole in the frame. The next day I spoke with Colon, one of the employees, who was very kind and helpful. Thanks to him, I was able to switch to a different room. Although the second room was better than the first, the overall quality was still far below what I expected for the price paid.
There was no WiFi, the room felt dirty, and at that point the stay was already paid for. The staff interactions were polite, but the condition of the property itself was unacceptable. I have paid similar amounts at hotels like Marriott, Westin, and Sheraton, where the standards are significantly higher.
I do not recommend this place unless you are fine dealing with the issues listed here. As for me, I will not stay again—not even if the stay were offered for free. The property needs substantial improvements before charging the rates they currently do.

Great location lots of restaurants & shopping close by & the staff was amazing the manager lived on property so we felt safe walking around
This place is perfectly fine for a short stay as it is central in town, close to the beach, and seems clean enough, but the hotel lies on their listing!
The hotel claims to have free WiFi, but there was no such thing in my room.
In addition to that, the listing of the room was wrong. I booked a Standard Double Room, which, at the time of writing, lists two double beds - our room only had one bed.
They also use photos from the same room for multiple listings, just from different angles. The pictures for the Deluxe Quadruple Room were clearly taken in the same room as the Standard and the Standard Double, so be sure you know what you're booking before you do!
The staff was friendly, the price is okay, and the free parking is a great bonus, but it's just not all as it seems. This is fine in a pinch; just know that the listing is not very accurate!
