4/10 Poor

"Disappointing room. Stale smell when we entered and on the 2nd night the bedclothes appeared slightly damp. Only one long pillow on bed, going all across the bed, no 2nd pillow provided. The shower divider in the bath was faulty leading to pools of water on the floor after showers. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Clean room. Cozy. Not soundproof. No heat but the front desk staff offered me her personal space heater and an extra blanket since it was very cold that night. Bed was not very comfortable. Restaurant food was only decent. But the hotel is beautiful and it's 2min from the cable car. The views are worth it."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."

"Superb hotel in a stunning location. The staff is lovely and the food is the best we've had in a very long time. Make sure you stay for dinner, this is by far the best restaurant we've eaten at in the year and this is so reasonably priced for what you get."
