"Pior experiência com hotel da minha vida. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 23 horas da noite, depois de um longo dia de trabalho e viagem, e ao chegar na recepção do hotel, a recepcionista informou que eu e minha esposa não poderíamos entrar no hotel porque estávamos sem o cartão de vacina dos cachorros. O grande detalhe é que essa regra não foi comunicada no aplicativo da hotéis.com, apenas foi informado na hora. A recpcionista além de ser super grosseira comigo e com minha família, não teve um...
