"When we arrived, the lady and her husband said there were no rooms available, offered us alcohol and asked if she could bring us to another pension house. We decided to check it out. She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia."

"It was so bad we didn’t stay. There was no reception, we had to hunt down someone who would show us a room. No WiFi, no hot water for the shower, and the shower was over the toilet- no separate area. We requested a refund and they refused. "

"Perfect resort for families or couples. Extremely kind and fun staff, always trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Excellent food!! My partner and I loved the meals. Clean and well maintained resort. Had an amazing time. Not only do I recommend, we will be back next time we are in Puerto Princessa."
