"Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential. Stockbetten noch nicht mal 2 Mtr. lang, die Schlafcouch kaputt und eine Zumutung. Schubladengriffe in der Küche klebrig, Spülunterschrank kaputt, Türen hängen, Scharniere ausgebrochen. Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. Inoltre, come indicato, viene richiesto un deposito di eur 150. La posizione dell’appartamento è fronte mare, molto bella!"
