"The Wi-Fi at the hotel was often on. There was only air-conditioning in the bedroom. The living room was always hot and humid.. The place itself was in a back alley and the door was this big iron, that was hard to get in and out. The whole way doubled as a place where people could charge up their vehicles so there was constantly somebody banging on the door to come in.. also the front of the building had a water Spicket, where people would gather to get water. We had an amazing 2 nights stay at this hotel. My son enjoyed the pool since we have an access from our room. The staff were friendly and accomodating. All in all we had a great experience during our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was great, the staff were very accommodating. We just had an issue with the hot shower, but the hotel staff was very quick to address the problem.

We stay at Grand Palace Hotel as requested of my daughter to celebrate her birthday there and they enjoyed at the swimming pool. About the room everything fine and the breakfast was perfect. I'll recommend it to my friend's.

Unfortunately we were only there for 2 nights. But it's super...... it's not Shangri - La, but everything was great.... very friendly and helpful staff... clean hotel, everything you need. Very nice interior and exterior. The room with balcony is very nice and has everything. The only thing is that the fridge should be bigger and the shower head in the shower should be descaled... but these are small things... I have booked another week for December... !
