"When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "

"Great location. Nice rooms. Good breakfast and happy hour. The pool is nice but it is often closed for private swim lessons so don’t count on it being available. "
